GET /api/health

GET /api/health

Returns whether Agent City is up. It needs no key, and says nothing private.

Use it before sending events from a device that starts before your Mac does, or to check that a device can reach Agent City at all. If it doesn’t answer:

  • check Agent City is running (its icon is in the menu bar),
  • from another device, check Let paired phones connect is on in Settings → Devices → Phones, and that you’re using port 47801, and
  • check the address in Settings → Devices → Incoming events, in case Agent City chose a different port.
